No. But, we do offer a 20 day trial for credit card registrations (7 days for those who pay on invoice) so you can see if Company Box meets your needs and you can cancel your account at any time.

Do you offer any discounts?

If you manage multiple companies then each additional company is only $19+GST per year on the same invoice.

Why Compliance?

Why do you need Company Box?

Once you have incorporated a company in New Zealand, you have legal obligations under the Companies Act to keep certain records at the registered office of your company.

Records need to be kept in written form, or in a form that lets the documents be easily printed. Company Box meets this requirement, with the ability to print individual documents, or a full set of your legal records.

What records do you need to keep?

The Companies Act requires you to keep copies of the following:

  • the constitution of the company (if you have one)
  • the share register
  • an interests register
  • a directors register
  • minutes of all shareholder meetings, and any written resolutions, for the last seven years
  • minutes of all board meetings, and any written resolutions and certificates, for the last seven years
  • copies of all written communications to shareholders (including annual reports) for the last seven years
  • copies of all financial statements and accounting records required to be completed for the last seven completed accounting periods
